We Contact Your Provider
As soon as you have connected your Gmail/ uploaded a bill and added your payment method, we’ll reach out to your providers to negotiate a lower price on your behalf. Rest assured, your service will remain exactly the same (or improved) - only the amount you pay will be reduced. Same service, lower price!
Account Verification / Changes Mail
You’ll receive an email from your provider confirming that they’ve been contacted by us, you’ve been verified, or that changes have been made to your account.
Savings Confirmation / Service Update Notification
Once we’ve secured your savings, you’ll receive an official confirmation from your provider, confirming the updated bill (Updated Service) with the savings applied. It may say that they have received your order or that there have been changes to your service.
New Bill with Savings
Your next bill will reflect the savings we’ve negotiated for you. You’ll see the reduced amount directly from your provider. Enjoy the savings!
